For people who use a Groundsman page without an account. Short, and written to be read.

These short terms apply when you use a Groundsman page without an account: a QR code at a property, a request status page, an approval or statement link, a job or inspection link for vendors, an on-call link or a company's website form. Groundsman is provided by Groundsman Development Corporation, a Delaware corporation. Companies that hold an account use our full Terms of service.
The company that sent you here
These pages belong to the property manager, estate or company that uses Groundsman (“the company”). Your request, your messages and any work done are between you and the company, which decides what to do with them. Groundsman provides the software and doesn't perform, supervise or guarantee any work.
Using the pages
- Give accurate information, and only report or upload what you have the right to share.
- Don't misuse the pages: no harassment, spam, malicious files, or attempts to reach information that isn't yours.
- Links are personal. Anyone with a link can open what it shows, so don't forward it. Links expire, and the company can revoke them.
- Photos, documents and messages you send go to the company. AI may help sort them and suggest a priority, and they may be translated for the people who read them.
Emergencies
These pages aren't an emergency service, and Groundsman can't reach 911. In an emergency, call 911, then report it here.
Privacy
The company controls the information you give it on these pages; we process it on its behalf. Our Privacy policy explains how. For questions about your information, contact the company, or write to privacy@groundsman.ai.
No warranty, limited liability
To the extent the law allows, these pages are provided “as is”, without warranties, and Groundsman isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses or for the company's or a vendor's acts. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
