Pricing questions

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. Free has no time limit and needs no credit card. It covers up to 3 properties (or 25 doors) and 3 team members, with requests, work orders, QR intake, the asset register, a basic owner portal and the mobile app.

What happens at the end of the 90-day Pro trial?

You choose. Add a payment method to keep Pro, or do nothing and your account moves to Free. Your properties, history, photos and documents stay. Pro features such as rules and digests pause until you upgrade. If you have more than 3 properties, you keep read access to all of them and can pick which 3 stay active.

What counts as a door or a property?

A door is a unit someone can rent or live in: an apartment, a cottage or a single-family home. Management firms pay per door. Estates pay per property, and a property includes every building, dock and outbuilding on it.

Which Pro pricing applies to us?

If you manage rentals or second homes for several owners, choose management firm pricing. If you run one family's estates and homes, choose estate pricing. If you're not sure, talk to us and we'll recommend the one that costs you less.

Do owners, residents and vendors need a paid seat?

No. Owners, owner delegates, residents, guests and vendors never count toward your team members. Seats are only for your own staff.

How is the AI phone and text concierge billed?

Calls and texts handled by the concierge are billed by usage, at carrier cost plus a small margin. You see the usage in your account and can set a monthly cap.

Can we pay annually?

Yes. Annual billing is available on Pro and is standard on Office. Talk to sales for an annual quote.

Can we export our data if we leave?

Always. Full export to CSV and JSON is included on every plan, including Free.
