These terms are the agreement between you and Groundsman when you use our website or app. We've written them to be read.

Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Groundsman, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company or estate you represent. If you don't agree, please don't use Groundsman.
Your account
Keep your login details safe and tell us promptly if you think someone has used your account without permission. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
Plans, trials and payment
- Free is available at no charge within its limits, for as long as we offer it.
- Pro includes a 90-day free trial for new accounts. You don't need a payment method to start. If you don't add one by the end of the trial, your account moves to Free.
- Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Usage-based charges, such as the phone and text concierge, are billed in arrears.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
Acceptable use
Don't use Groundsman to break the law, send messages to people who haven't agreed to receive them, harass anyone, upload malicious code, or try to access data that isn't yours. Don't use it to discriminate in housing; listing and marketing tools are checked against fair housing rules.
Your data
You own the content you put in Groundsman. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide the service to you. You can export it at any time. After you close your account, we delete it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it by law.
AI features
AI features suggest classifications, drafts and summaries. They can be wrong. A person on your team remains responsible for decisions that commit money, affect safety or share private information, and Groundsman is designed to ask for that approval.
Emergencies
Groundsman helps route emergencies to the people on call, but it is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
Third-party services
Integrations you turn on, such as accounting, calendar or smart-home services, are governed by their own terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Groundsman available and secure, and we improve it continually. We may change features; if we remove something material that you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
Disclaimers and liability
Groundsman is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the date above and notify customers by email before they take effect.
