These are the companies that process customer data for Groundsman. Each is bound by a contract to protect it, and each processes it in the United States. We'll update this page, and the date above, before we add a new one.
Subprocessors
- Talus Ventures · hosting. Runs the shared Amazon Web Services account and database platform Groundsman runs on, and the sign-in service for user accounts.
- Amazon Web Services · hosting and storage, email delivery (Amazon SES), text messages (AWS End User Messaging, starting soon), translation (Amazon Translate), AI models (Amazon Bedrock), address lookup (Amazon Location Service), encryption keys and website protection. We've opted our AWS organization out of AWS using content processed by its AI services to improve them.
Services you connect
- Mercury · bank feed, only for companies on Pro that connect their own Mercury account. Transactions are imported for review; Groundsman never moves money.
Public data sources
- National Weather Service (US government) · forecasts and weather alerts for property locations. We send a property's coordinates, never personal information.
